Description
Apostille Service
Our Apostille Service is designed for customers who need their documents to be officially recognised for use in another country that is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention. An apostille is an internationally recognised certificate that confirms the authenticity of the signature, seal, or stamp on a public document, allowing it to be accepted by authorities abroad without the need for further legalisation in participating countries.
We take care of the apostille process on your behalf, helping to ensure that your documents are submitted correctly and processed through the appropriate competent authority. Whether you require an apostille for personal, educational, legal, or business documents, our service provides a convenient and reliable solution, saving you the time and complexity of arranging the certification yourself.
This service includes:
- Obtaining an official apostille certificate for your document.
- Preparing and submitting your document to the competent authority.
- Monitoring the application throughout the process.
- Returning your apostilled document as part of your completed order.
Important Information
- Price: CHF 140 per document.
- An apostille is required for each individual document that needs to be certified. If you have multiple documents, you will need to purchase one apostille service for each document.
- Processing times vary depending on the issuing authority and may be affected by public holidays or periods of high demand.
- This service applies only where an apostille is the correct form of authentication. Some countries are not members of the Hague Apostille Convention and instead require embassy or consular legalisation. If this applies to your destination country, additional legalisation services may be required.
- The apostille fee covers the processing of the apostille only and does not include any additional services unless specifically stated.
If you are unsure whether your destination country requires an apostille or another form of legalisation, our team will be happy to assist. Please contact us before placing your order, and we can advise you on the most suitable certification process for your documents to ensure they are accepted in the country where they will be used.
